Donna’s Ambulance Wish was to spend time at the beach with her family
On the 18th of June 2025, Donna’s Ambulance Wish was fulfilled — to spend time at the beach with her family. Thanks to the Ambulance Wish South Australia program, in partnership with Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, this special day was made possible, creating beautiful memories that will last forever.
🚑 Donna travelled from Tanunda to West Beach in the Wish Ambulance, where she was greeted by the sun, sea, and the love of her family. They shared lunch at the West Beach Surf Life Saving Club, overlooking the water and soaking in the joy of being together.
For Donna and her family, the beach has always been a place of happiness — filled with memories of beach cricket, building sandcastles, and boogie boarding. During this Wish, her children played on the sand and surprised her with a giant heart etched into the shore, with ‘Mum’ written lovingly inside.
💖 Donna Wish day was full of joy, and her husband Chad shared, “We’re over the moon.”
A simple wish, a beautiful day, and memories created forever. 💫
