Kerri’s Ambulance Wish was to host a party for her daughter and friends at the Adelaide Zoo
On the 4th of September 2025, Kerri’s Ambulance Wish was fulfilled when she hosted a special party for her daughter and her friends at the Adelaide Zoo. Ambulance Wish South Australia, in partnership with Central Adelaide Palliative Care Services (CAPCS), made the wish possible, creating memories that will last forever for Kerri and her loved ones.
Kerri travelled in the Wish Ambulance to the Adelaide Zoo, where she was joined by her daughter, six of her friends, and their families, returning to a place she and her daughter had visited often when her daughter was younger.
They enjoyed cupcakes, posed in party hats, and snapped lots of photos.
Feeding the giraffes up close with the zookeeper was a highlight for her daughter and friends, and they captured the moment with selfies and photos.
At the end of the day, Kerri said, “Just an amazing experience, lovely to spend time with my daughter out of the hospital.”
