Maria’s Ambulance Wish was to create Christmas Memories
Maria’s special Christmas Wish was fulfilled when she was joined by her daughter Penny and posed for a Christmas photo shoot, surrounded by festive decorations and Eldercare staff who shared in the day.
They enjoyed time together, both indoors and outside in the beautiful courtyard garden at Acacia Court. Maria posed with a photograph from her wedding, remembering the early days with her husband, from meeting in Greece to their journey by ship to Adelaide. Together, they ran a fruit and vegetable shop at the Central Market for many years.
Maria had a passion for fashion and jewellery and treasured her outings with family and friends, enjoying meals at her favourite restaurants.
A dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, Maria’s Wish was full of smiles and memories that will last forever.
For Penny, the day was an opportunity to spend time with her mother, celebrating Christmas together. She described her mother as “thoughtful, caring, and graceful.”
