Eddy’s Ambulance Wish was to be surrounded by family for Valentine’s Day

A special Valentine’s Day moment for Eddy and his family!
His Ambulance Wish was fulfilled at Eldercare, where he was joined by his wife, Bridie, and daughter, Helen for a memory‑making photoshoot filled with love and connection.

Eddy and Bridie first met in England and married in 1962 before moving to Adelaide in 1964, where they raised their two children and built a life together over more than six decades. Horses have always been an important part of Eddy’s life, from riding on their McLaren Flat property to competing in Tentpegging at the Royal Adelaide Show.

During the photoshoot, Eddy posed with Bridie and Helen both indoors and in the beautiful outdoor garden, and also with a framed picture of his beloved dog.

Ambulance Wish South Australia, in partnership with Eldercare, made this special wish come true, creating memories that will last forever for Eddy and his family.
