Craig’s Ambulance Wish was to visit home and drive past the beach
On 3 September 2026, Craig’s Ambulance Wish was fulfilled when he visited home with his family, saw the house renovations, and drove past the beach. Ambulance Wish South Australia, in partnership with Southern Adelaide Palliative Services, made his special wish come true, creating memories that will last forever for Craig and his loved ones.
Craig travelled in the Wish Ambulance to his home, where he spent time with family and saw the renovations. Four generations came together, sharing stories, taking photos and enjoying plenty of smiles.
The family then drove past the beach with their dog, music playing in the Wish Ambulance as they spent time together. Despite rain earlier in the day, not a single drop fell while the family was together, allowing them to make the most of this special time.
