Denise’s Ambulance Wish was to be surrounded by family for Valentine’s Day

On the 14th of February 2025, Denise’s Ambulance Wish was fulfilled when she was surrounded by her family on Valentine’s Day.  Ambulance Wish South Australia, in partnership with Northern Adelaide Palliative Care Service, made a special wish come true, creating memories that last forever for Denise and her loved ones.

Denise was joined by her closest family members to celebrate a day of love, filled with flowers, teddy bears and balloons, the occasion was overflowing with joy and togetherness.
Denise looked elated throughout her wish and shared an extra special moment, giving chocolates to her grandson on the day, grateful to spend Valentine’s Day with her family.
An emotional Denise loved every minute of her wish, feeling overwhelmed at the love she felt from friends and family.

Thank you to our palliative care service partner Northern Adelaide Palliative Care Service for helping create such a wonderful wish.

Thank you to our wonderful Ambulance Wish Team Cheryl, Shyla, Jo, Jane, Sarah and Catherine for fulfilling this special wish and our photographer Russell and videographer Lyndal, creating memories that last forever, (many are volunteers and some are photographed below).
