M’s Ambulance Wish was to attend her granddaughter’s wedding

A beautiful moment unfolded when M arrived to witness her granddaughter’s wedding in person!

On 11 February 2026, M’s Ambulance Wish was fulfilled when she surprised her granddaughter by arriving at the wedding. Ambulance Wish South Australia, in partnership with Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network Palliative Care Service, made this special Wish come true, creating memories that will last forever for M and her family.

M spent the afternoon surrounded by loved ones, taking photos and holding a flower gifted to her as a simple keepsake of the day.

“This was a dream come true, the final wish on my bucket list”, she shared.
