Ali’s Ambulance Wish was to go home and spend time in the garden with his family

On the 13th of October 2026, Ali’s Ambulance Wish was fulfilled when he returned home to spend precious time with his family in the garden he loves so much.

Ambulance Wish South Australia, in partnership with Southern Adelaide Palliative Service, helped make his special wish come true, creating memories that will last forever for Ali and his loved ones.

Ali travelled home in the Wish Ambulance, where he and his wife danced and sung to Persian music. Upon reaching home, he was warmly reunited with his family. Together, they spent time in his beautiful garden, filled with vibrant flowers and fruit trees, a place that has always brought him great happiness and peace.

A special highlight of the day was Ali sharing freshly ripened loquats from his garden with family and the Wish Team. Perfectly ripe, the fruit was enjoyed by all.

The afternoon concluded in Ali’s living room, where family gathered to share coffee, tea, biscuits and chocolate, reflecting on a truly special day surrounded by love and laughter.
